Minutes of a Public Hearing held on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Mayor Phillips read the rules of procedure for the evening’s public hearing.

Mayor Phillips introduced the following bylaw:

Zoning Bylaw No. 966, 1987 Text Amendment Bylaw No. 1383, 2006
To permit Food Concessions and Arts and Crafts Sales in the S1 (Assembly, Civic and Public Services) Zone

There were no speakers or written submissions.

The Administrator clarified that this bylaw amendment will allow for food concessions and arts and crafts sales. Approval will still be required from either City Council or Enderby/Area F Services Committee to operate a concession or art sale on properties under the control of the City or the Regional District.
