Mayor Phillips read the rules of procedure for the evening’s public hearing.
Mayor Phillips introduced the following bylaw:
Zoning Bylaw Text Amendment No. 1371, 2005
Adding provision to allow changes in land use and small increases in floor area in existing buildings in the “Downtown Designated Parking Area” without triggering the provisions to either supply or pay for parking spaces.
There were no speakers or written submissions.
