Mayor Phillips read the rules of procedure for the evening’s public hearing.

Mayor Phillips introduced the following bylaw:

City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 966, 1987 Amendment Bylaw No. 1360, 2006
To include a new subsection on Floodplain Management Provisions and to reference the Provincial Riparian Areas Regulation

There were no speakers or written submissions.

The Planner outlined the purpose of the amendments which requires affected properties to conform to the floodplain regulations.
