Mayor Phillips read the rules of procedure for the evening's public hearing.
The Planner introduced the following bylaws:
City of Enderby Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1171, 1995 Amendment Bylaw No. 1402, 2007
Changing the future land use designation of Lot 3, DL 150, K(formerly O)DYD, Plan 20301, located at 407 Kildonan Avenue from Residential Low Density to Residential Medium Density to allow for the construction of apartment housing.
Applicant: Alfonso de Vega
City of Enderby Zoning Bylaw No. 966, 1997 Amendment Bylaw No. 1403, 2007
Rezoning Lot 3, DL 150, K (formerly O)DYD, Plan 20301, located at 407 Kildonan Avenue from the Residential Single Family (R.1-A) Zone to the Residential Apartment and Multi-Family (R.3) Zone, to permit the construction of apartment housing.
Applicant: Alfonso de Vega
The Administrator read into record a written submission from Caroline Dacyk of 405 Kildonan Avenue.
The following persons spoke on the issue and presented written copies of their presentation (as attached):
o Sue Brookes, representing Allen Nadrozny of 406 Kildonan Avenue.
o Garnie Strahl of 1 - 501 Kildonan Avenue
Peggy Huddleston of 501 Kildonan spoke in support of Mr. Strahl's position.
The Mayor called three times for further input.
There was no further input.
